Our Way of Working (Code of Conduct)
AT-Tuote Oy operates at two locations in Finland, in Pornainen and Sipoo. The products manufactured by AT-Tuote Oy are used by both industrial and consumer customers and serve a wide range of clients in the manufacturing and food industries. Our operations and all manufacturing activities comply with applicable authority requirements and current legislation.
We employ approximately 25 people and are one of the largest aerosol manufacturers in Finland. We aim to continuously develop our responsible business practices so that we can serve as an example for other operators in our industry.
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to guide the operations of AT-Tuote Oy. It applies to the entire company, including all employees. The guidelines take into account responsibility-related aspects of our operations, including environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and good governance.
Our Business and Quality (Quality Policy)
Openness, professionalism, mutual respect, and good conduct are core values of our company. We always comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our operations. Our business is based on honesty, trust, and fairness. We also expect all our suppliers to share these values.
Protecting all customer information and products is of the utmost importance to us. We are committed to fair competition and compliance with competition laws.
Our employees, officers, and management must make all business-related decisions in the best interest of AT-Tuote Oy and its owners in order to avoid conflicts of interest.

We ensure that all customer expectations and requirements related to product quality and product safety are met. We are committed to continuous quality monitoring and the development of monitoring practices to ensure consistent product quality. Our production equipment and methods meet the requirements of our operations. Machinery and production equipment are renewed when necessary and are already among the most modern and safest in Europe.
We are committed to the continuous improvement of our operations by building, certifying in the near future, and complying with an ISO 9001 quality management system.

We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and provide comprehensive occupational health services to our employees. We use an anonymous reporting channel for reporting misconduct or concerns and handle all reports confidentially.

Our Environmental Responsibility
We strive to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. We aim to adopt environmentally friendly practices in our production processes and to use environmentally friendly production equipment.
We promote sustainable consumption by informing our customers about the recyclability of the products and packaging we supply, by communicating environmental aspects on our website, and by training our sales personnel on the environmental aspects of our products. Environmental considerations are also taken into account in our criteria for procuring materials and production equipment.
